You'll work with a team to ensure donor safety, accuracy of vital signs, and proper documentation, including donor compensation processes. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays are required.
• Ability to stand or walk for the full shift.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety of donors and team.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and fingerstick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
