Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Janesville, WI is seeking a Phlebotomist who will greet donors, perform venipuncture, operate plasmapheresis equipment, and ensure donor safety throughout the donation process.

You will work with a center team, report to the Center Manager, and join a mission-driven environment focused on quality care. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a starting wage of $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and program plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Record donor measurements and enter data into the system.
