Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Mattapan, MA is seeking a Phlebotomist II for Monday to Wednesday, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. You will collect specimens, enter data, and support patient services in a fast-paced lab environment.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of phlebotomy experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with diverse populations. Shift differential may apply for second/third shifts; competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is required.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures and prepare for transport.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab technology systems.
• Navigate a computer and accurately enter data.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete trainings timely.
