• High School Diploma preferred.
• Twelve months phlebotomy experience, phlebotomy training or national certification as approved by manager/supervisor, Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect patient specimens for diagnostic testing in a professional medical environment.
• Perform venipuncture, capillary puncture, PIVO, and throat swab collections across patient types and acuities.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and maintain safe, compliant lab practices.
• Communicate procedures with patients and families, showing empathy in all interactions.
• Participate in CODE response teams, training and mentoring, QA processes, and special projects.
