UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support medication distribution and patient care across the hospital. Under pharmacist supervision, you will assist in the IV room, Pyxis operations, and day-to-day pharmacy tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every distribution step.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and solid customer service skills, with MA licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Licensed as a Registered Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Intern by the MA Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
• Preferred: National Pharmacy Technician certification.

Responsabilités

• Answers telephone calls and triages requests to pharmacist staff.
• Delivers medications to patient care areas and handles physician orders.
• Assists with Pyxis distribution system: refilling, inventory, expiration checks.
