Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Dallas is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I supervised by a Pharmacist to provide pharmacy services, manage inventory and deliver care per Texas Board of Pharmacy regulations.

You will stock, label and dispense medications, assist patients and staff, answer calls, monitor inventory, enter orders and ensure accurate billing, while maintaining clean equipment and a compliant workflow.

Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• Experience: Less than 1 year of experience.
• Licensure: TX Board of Pharmacy-licensed PHT or PHT intern license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stocking, preparation, labeling, dispensing and delivery of medications.
• Support pharmacists and respond to nonjudgmental questions from patients and staff.
• Answer inbound calls and direct to the appropriate contact.
• Monitor inventory and assist with drug purchasing and ordering.
• Enter medication orders and ensure accurate billing data.
• Maintain pharmacy records and perform quality control tasks.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
