Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. is hiring an Operational Team Member at our Oxford, CT care center. This on-site, full-time position offers $21-$23 per hour (DOE) with shift differential and a Mon-Fri 3:30pm-12am schedule.

We provide hands-on training and a comprehensive benefits package to support your work with families and veterinary partners. You'll operate cremation equipment, process remains, and assemble memorial products with accuracy, while maintaining a safe, clean workspace and meeting daily

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required; training provided.
• On-site role within Gateway Care Center.
• Active position involving standing, walking and lifting.
• Comfortable working around deceased pets.
• Follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains accurately.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks on orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily goals.
