Job summary

Gateway Services is hiring for an Operational Team Member in Oxford, CT, to support pet aftercare services. This on-site role involves standing, lifting and working with cremation equipment, with a schedule of Mon-Fri 3:30pm-12am and 40 hours per week minimum.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and lift as needed.
• Comfortable working in a crematorium environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
