Gateway Services is seeking an Operations Team Member in Oxford, CT to support our Care Center services. You will operate cremation equipment, process remains, and create memorial products with care, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

No prior industry experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. Join a team that values empathy, teamwork, and meticulous work in a meaningful pet aftercare environment.

Qualifications

• No previous industry experience required. Training provided.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with pick-ups/deliveries when needed using a company vehicle.
