Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking a Physical Therapist for per diem coverage in the Bedford Outpatient Rehab setting. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, developing and adjusting plans of care, and instructing patients and families in home exercise programs as part of a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities include supervising therapy staff, coordinating with clinicians, and participating in ongoing clinical development within Rehabilitation Services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the state of New Hampshire.
• CPR certification required or to be completed within first 90 days.
• Recent graduates eligible.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop written plans of care.
• Perform and supervise rehabilitative treatments per plan.
• Update treatment plans and communicate with care team.
• Instruct patients and families in home exercise programs and use of equipment.
• Provide clinical supervision of therapy staff and assistants.
