Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Bedford Outpatient Rehab clinic on a per diem basis, covering Tuesday and Thursday late afternoons/early evenings. The role involves evaluating patients, planning and implementing rehabilitation programs, and coordinating with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Graduates are welcome; NH licensure and CPR are required or must be obtained within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with entry-level degree.
• Licensed in New Hampshire and CPR certification required or able to complete within 90 days.
• Recent graduates eligible; clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop prioritized plans of care with goals.
• Update treatment plans and communicate with the care team and referrer.
• Instruct patients and families on home exercise programs and use of equipment.
• Provide supervision to therapy assistants and support staff as needed.
• Participate in ongoing clinical development activities and education.
