Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in New York State.
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 1 year outpatient physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and design a plan of care based on initial assessment.
• Perform tests to identify neuromuscular and musculoskeletal problems.
• Document findings and patient history.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop rehabilitation programs.
• Plan and implement safe, comprehensive treatment programs.
• Educate patients and families on functional status and treatment progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
