Qualifications

• Lived experience with mental health or substance use recovery is required.
• CRSS certification required; WRAP certification or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate peer support during mental health crisis situations.
• Collaborate to develop personalized recovery plans.
• Model coping strategies and effective problem-solving.
• Identify strengths and barriers to recovery and plan interventions.
• Engage in outreach and connect participants with community resources.
• Ensure continuity of care via follow-up support.
