Job summary

Senior Community Care of Colorado PACE (Montrose) is seeking a Personal Caregiver/PCA to support participants in their homes and Day Center settings. The role requires compassion, reliability, and a dedication to elder care, with a schedule Monday–Friday 1:00pm–9:30pm and occasional weekends/holidays. Travel to participant homes is required.

Pay ranges from $18.50 to $22.50 per hour based on experience. A High School diploma, CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid driver’s license with

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience with frail/elderly.
• CPR/First Aid certification active.
• Must have valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with non-skilled ADLs at home and in the Day Center (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, etc.).
• Assist with non-skilled restorative and supportive care (ambulating, transferring, skin care, personal care, etc.).
• Assist with IADLs (grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry, meal prep).
• Assist with Day Center activities, including meal service and cleanup.
• Perform other duties as required.
