Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide in-home care in Colorado. Create your own schedule with part-time and PRN shifts and enjoy weekly pay and benefits.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, nursing awareness, and a respectful approach to diverse client needs. Responsibilities include assisting with non-skilled personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands, while following the plan of care and maintaining client dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are ideal.
• Nursing knowledge and respect for diverse clients are preferred.
• Commitment to agency policies and procedures is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-skilled personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and transportation coordination as needed.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the supervising RN or HR.
• Promote client safety, privacy, and dignity in all interactions.
