Job summary

Attend Home Care is seeking caring Personal Care Aides (PCA) to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO and surrounding areas. We offer Full-Time/Part-Time/Per-Diem roles with flexible scheduling and competitive pay starting at $18.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and companionship. Must have U.S. work authorization and reliable transportation. Join us to grow with a values-driven home care company.

Qualifications

• Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired government-issued ID)
• Reliable transportation or access to a vehicle may be required for client visits
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and document care provided

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning for safety and comfort
• Support with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
• Observe and report changes in clients’ condition to the care team
• Follow care plans and ensure client safety at all times
• Assist with medication reminders as permitted by state guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
