Job summary

Attend Home Care is seeking compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Aides (PCA) to support clients in their own homes in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. This role offers meaningful work with a fast-growing company focused on quality care and client relationships.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, light housekeeping, meals, and companionship, follow care plans, document care, and communicate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, or PCA preferred.
• Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid government-issued ID).
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning for safety and comfort.
• Support with light housekeeping, meals, and errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.
• Observe and report changes in clients' condition to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and ensure client safety.
• Assist with medication reminders as permitted by state guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
