Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with reading, writing and math skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; attention to detail essential.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced call center environment and follow procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all room service related calls and record daily patient meal selections for multiple facilities.
• Utilize culinary systems and request Diet Tech/ Dietitian help when needed; explain standard diet information to patients.
• Process high volume calls professionally and confidentially per facility guidelines.
• Provide customer service to callers, resolve complaints, and offer diet/allergy guidance.
• Use Cerner for follow-up on diet/allergy orders and adjust food choices when necessary.
• Complete daily missed meal reports and outbound calls to ensure proper nutrition; generate reports for facilities.
• Operate Banner payment system to collect revenue while complying with PCI DSS.
• Interact with patients, families, nursing staff, and dietitians.
