Responsibilities

• Promotes the facility mission, vision and values by effectively communicating them to others.
• Screens private pay patients to determine eligibility for prompt pay rates or charity.
• Meets with patients to inform them of financial responsibilities or available programs.
• Assists patients in completing eligibility applications for TDH or County assistance.
• Schedules appointments and provides list of necessary documents for interviews.
• Maintains and transfers account status based on reviews.
• Follows up with TDHS workers to determine program qualification.
• Ensures accounts are followed per established collection protocols.
• Provides excellent customer service to all DHR customers.
