Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a nurse, performs ADLs and patient care activities.
• Prepares patient rooms for admission and maintains a clean, safe environment.
• Prioritizes patient care per nursing direction and discharge plan.
• Transports patients to procedures and discharges as directed.
• Cleans and operates equipment safely and correctly; assists with meals or feeding as needed.
• Performs clerical tasks, greets visitors, and answers phones professionally.
