New hires can access up to $40,000 in financial support to become a nurse, with strong emphasis on reliability, punctuality, and teamwork to deliver high-quality patient care across the ACE

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months.
• Excellent communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and patient care tasks.
• Take vital signs, daily weights, and conduct point of care testing.
• Document accurately in medical records and support care team.
