Job summary

Albany Med is seeking a Patient Care Assistant for the Evening shift in the Short Stay Surgical unit. The PCA works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, collecting patient data, providing personal care, and assisting with discharge planning to promote safe transitions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities
