Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of medical office experience.
• At least 1 year in a leadership/management role.
• At least 1 year in outpatient registration.

Responsibilities

• Email Review / Research / Resolution.
• Oversee Patient Access staff with about 20 direct reports.
• Aid in on-call supervisor rotation during weekends and holidays.
• Staff onboarding: screen, interview, hire, and train.
