Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HealthCare and/or IT, with at least 5 years in Epic configuration.
• 2+ current Epic certifications, particularly in Prelude, Cadence, Grand Central.
• Experience supporting patient access workflows including registration, scheduling, and insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Access operations ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee patient access technologies and workflows design.
• Plan and manage staffing capacity for team performance.
