Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years hospital Patient Access experience required; supervises 3–5 employees.
• Experience with training staff and QA analyses; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Patient Access and Registration functions across areas.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and coverage for evening/weekend staff.
• Ensure smooth workload transition day to night shift.
