Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years in Patient Access, Registration, Admissions, or Revenue Cycle in a hospital setting.
3+ years leading, supervising, mentoring, or training frontline healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 9 Patient Access Representatives on the evening shift in a busy hospital registration environment.
Provide hands-on coaching, real-time support, and issue resolution for staff, patients, and providers.
Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality to ensure compliance with policies and revenue cycle best practices.
Build positive relationships with staff, hospital leadership, and patients to drive operational excellence.
