Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service and/or Data Entry experience.
• Proficiency in Keyboarding as a required skill.
• HS grad or higher with relevant experience in lieu of two years.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity and register for the correct service.
• Review schedules and physician orders for accurate registration.
• Scan insurance cards, IDs and other documents; enter demographics.
• Explain and collect co-pays, deposits and balances securely.
• Greet patients, answer questions, and guide them to the correct area.
• May perform scheduling, pre-admission or discharge duties.
