Qualifications

• Two years of customer service/clerical experience required.
• One year experience in patient registration preferred.
• Medical Terminology certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all patients and accompanying family members and provide exemplary customer service.
• Identify the appropriate account for patient visit and educate patients on required forms and obtain signatures as required.
• Complete all check-in files and manage all processes specific to the patient visit.
• Collect and post co-payments and balances on accounts due.
• Utilize strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient understanding and use of technology/PC skills required.
• Display exemplary core customer service skills.
• Complete other duties as assigned by department leadership.
