• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in Admissions, Billing, Collections, Insurance, and/or Customer Service preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and Database management.

• Collect and verify demographic and financial data; ensure accurate information is entered into our database.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits, using online eligibility or telephone inquiries.
• Obtain signatures and information on required forms and documents; maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Receive payments and issue receipts; work toward collection goals and maintain cash logs.
