Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate registrations and admissions by obtaining demographic, financial and insurance information.
• Interview patients and families to gather required information for scheduling or registration.
• Obtain and document demographic information and verify insurance details.
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments; ensure daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintain accuracy in pre-admission, registration and financial clearance processes.
• Adhere to organizational policies and participate in ongoing training.
