Job summary

This 40-hour evening shift requires excellent communication, EPIC Patient Access proficiency, Grand Central and hospital billing familiarity, and the ability to work weekends and holidays to ensure a welcoming patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or medical office.
• EPIC applications including scheduling, registration, billing, order communications, etc.

Responsibilities

• Handle registrations and scheduling to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Perform time-of-service collections and obtain authorizations.
• Provide same-day admission notifications to payers.
