Responsibilities include using EPIC for admissions, coordinating with Financial Advisors, and delivering courteous service while maintaining compliance. A high school diploma and healthcare experience are required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of relevant customer service or health care experience.
• Must be 18 years of age to co-sign documents (hospital consent forms).
• Proficient in medical terminology and typing at 30 words per minute.
