Ideal candidates have healthcare-related experience, strong communication, and familiarity with medical terminology. Evening shifts and on-site work are required, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Healthcare related experience.
• Computer experience and knowledge of Windows environment.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Medical office experience required.
• Medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception, pre-registration, registration, cash collection, admitting, and patient/department support.
• Assist with materials/inventory management and patient education.
• Perform unit-specific tasks as required by departments.
