Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• A flu vaccine (exemptions may be requested).

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor each resident's health during your shift.
• Give nursing care that follows each resident's care plan.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents.
• Give medications and document care accurately and on time.
• Help build care plans and complete resident assessments.
• Work with residents, families, and the care team.
