Collingswood Manor, a UMC Community, is seeking an Assisted Living Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shifts in Collingswood, NJ. Earn $40.33 to $50.33 per hour with comprehensive benefits as you lead clinical care for residents.

The RN must hold a New Jersey license or a multistate compact license, pass a background check and drug screen, and be vaccinated for flu unless exempt. Prior nursing experience is preferred to support caregivers and families effectively.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license, or multistate RN license from a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Flu vaccine (exemptions available).

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and respond to changing care needs.
• Support and guide caregivers to deliver high-quality resident care.
• Complete assessments and help develop personalized care plans with residents and families.
• Oversee medication services and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and healthcare services for residents.
• Investigate concerns, document findings, and help maintain a safe, supportive community.
