Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor each resident's health during your shift.
• Provide nursing care following each resident's care plan.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents.
• Administer medications and document care accurately and on time.
• Help build care plans and complete resident assessments.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and the care team.
