Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a long-term and transitional care setting. The role involves applying the nursing process and collaborating with families and an interdisciplinary team to plan and deliver care.

The RN must hold an active license in Minnesota and may be asked to serve as a charge nurse, coordinating care and supervising staff while maintaining professional standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multi-state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff while ensuring safe, quality care.
