Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process and will work closely with residents, families, and the care team to ensure individualized plans.

The role may include charge nurse responsibilities, delegation of tasks, and ensuring safe, reliable care within state nursing practice standards.

Qualifications

• RN license current and in-state or multistate if applicable.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
