Qualifications

• Must read, write, and interpret English documents.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills required.
• Occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing.
• Assemble meals according to patient orders in a timely manner.
• Deliver and retrieve trays while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow HIPAA, HACCP, and infection control policies.
• Communicate issues to appropriate staff promptly.
• Complete required daily/weekly/monthly reports.
