Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and work with nursing to ensure dietary requirements.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, or preferences.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals according to patient selections.
• Deliver, retrieve, and ensure meals are delivered at the right time and temperature.
• Follow HACCP, HIPAA, and infection control policies.
