Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Part Time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Mayo Clinic in Osseo, WI. The role supports patient meals, menu selections, and timely tray delivery on a part-time schedule from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, with weekends and holidays rotating.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and coordinate with nursing for dietary needs.
• Assemble meals based on each patient’s selection and deliver trays on time.
• Manage tray tickets and retrieve trays from patient rooms as scheduled.
• Follow HACCP, sanitation, HIPAA, and infection control policies.
• Complete required reports and communicate issues promptly.
