Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is hiring an Associate I, Donation Services. This role greets customers, accepts donations, and works outdoors in all weather. Primary duties at the County Line Store with possible assignments at the Foxridge Donation Center.

You will help unload donations, sort items, and maintain a safe, clean donation area while delivering friendly service. Availability for part-time work is noted, with schedules including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic computer skills to log into a system and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accept donations in a courteous manner.
• Unload donations from vehicles and sort items for floor or shipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean donation area and assist with loading shipments.
• Follow donation center policies and work with limited supervision.
