Qualifications

• Six months of applicable experience preferred.
• Serv Safe may be required depending on location.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, portion food for patients/residents, staff and visitors.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and daily production sheets.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain sanitation and labeling.
