Episcopal Homes of Minnesota in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking a Shahbaz CNA for an evening part-time role on our nursing team. The position offers a wage of $22.50–$24.50 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential, and a 0.6 FTE (45 hours) schedule from 2:30pm to 10:30pm.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) listed on the Minnesota Registry.
• Strong communication skills with elders and coworkers.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Commitment to preventing abuse and neglect while supporting elder dignity.
• Ability to follow established care plans and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Observe residents and respond to needs to promote independence and decision-making.
• Document changes in health, behavior, eating habits, skin condition, and psychosocial status.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to meet resident needs.
• Participate in CST meetings to discuss resident progress and needs.
• Assist with safe transfers, positioning, and mobility using equipment and techniques.
