Job summary

Episcopal Homes of Minnesota seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team in Saint Paul, MN. The role provides person-centered care for residents in a home-like setting, including ADLs, meal assistance, and mobility support, with a focus on dignity and independence.

The position is full-time days (0.8 FTE), with a wage of $22.50–$24.50 per hour, DOE. Experience in long-term care and EMR knowledge are preferred, and being familiar with household models of care is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be listed on the Minnesota CNA registry.
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Experience with household model of care or Green House home is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting).
• Observe residents and respond to needs, promoting independence and decision-making.
• Document and report changes in health, behavior, eating habits, skin condition, and psychosocial status.
• Follow infection control, fire safety, disaster procedures, and facility policies.
