Responsabilidades

• Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Document resident information accurately in electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure coordinated resident care.
