Qualifications

• Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) in MN
• Prefer long term care experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding)
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, temp, pulse)
• Document resident information in electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated care
