Job summary

Olive & Finch Collective in Denver seeks a part-time Bartender to craft cocktails, provide friendly bar service, and maintain standards for responsible alcohol service. This role also covers FOH Crew, cashier, and barista responsibilities with a focus on bar operations including mixing cocktails and prepping garnishes.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a full-service setting preferred
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Ability to follow cocktail recipes precisely and maintain bar hygiene

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver friendly bar service while taking orders
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
• Maintain bar stock, cleanliness, and organization throughout service
• Check IDs and comply with alcohol laws and company policies
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service
