Job summary

The City of Greeley is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time Bartender to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

This is a part-time role with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 21, with alcohol server training either prior to employment or within one week of hire.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Alcohol Server Training prior to employment or within one week of hire.
• Previous bartender or similar customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling and basic math for drink pricing.
• Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
• Greet customers, take orders, and make recommendations.
• Prepare drinks following established recipes and standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately (payments, change, credit card processing).
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and stock supplies.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
