Qualifications

• Preferably in a call center environment.
• Solid verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls.
• Answer questions regarding services.
• Take payments and process refunds.
• Provide directions and information to customers.
• Maintain performance metrics on Talk time, wrap time, and availability.
• Defuse escalations calmly and professionally.
• Assist with access badging and other duties as assigned.
